Le jeudi 28 novembre 2019, le réseau Décentralisation et gouvernance locale (DeLoG) a organisé un webinaire sur l'Observatoire mondial des finances et de l’investissements des collectivités territoriales.
Isabelle Chatry (OECD) presented the main features of the state of local finances in the world based on the Observatory’s 2019 Report. Serge Allou (UCLG) developed some recommendations for future action, including how to make progress in the production and management of financial data and the strengthening of fiscal decentralisation in the least developed and developing countries.
