Now also in Spanish! All training modules are published for the localization of the SDGs

The three training of trainers modules for the localization of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), produced together with UNDP-Art, UN-Habitat and the Barcelona Provincial Council, are available also in Spanish now.

They serve as a basis for local actors on the: design of awareness raising strategies about the SDGs (Module 1); territorial planning for the SDGs (Module 2); production of local voluntary reports and participation of local governments associations in national voluntary reports (Module 3).

The three modules were produced with dynamic content and exercises to enhance the autonomous training of trainers in local and regional governments, civil society and private sector, and are adaptable according to different realities.

In addition to the face-to-face training found throughout the UCLG learning community, the modules serve as references for the first UCLG online course with the Barcelona Provincial Council, “Localizing the SDGs: tools for local transformation”, that will be available in English, French and Spanish and will occur from September 30 to December 22 of this year.

Finally, during the UCLG World Congress in Durban, our next Learning Forum will address the training of trainers for the localization of the SDGs, new learning methodologies and strategies for the coming years.
