The Committee on Social Inclusion, Participatory Democracy and Human Rights of the international organization United Cities and Local Governments (UCLG), the Centre for Social Studies (CES) of the University of Coimbra (Portugal), the municipalities of Saint-Denis and Aubervilliers, and the conurbation authority of Plaine Commune (France) are pleased to announce a call for papers on the right to the city. The papers selected will be presented at the 1st World Forum of Local Governments for the Right to the City, to be held in Saint-Denis and Aubervilliers (France) from 10 to 12 December 2012.
The deadline for the submission of papers is midnight (CET) on 15 November, 2012.
