The United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC), together with UNESCO, corporate partners and civil society organizations, is launching the 2013 edition of the world campaign “Do One Thing for Diversity and Inclusion” at the occasion of World Day for Cultural Diversity on 21 May.
The aim of the campaign is to build a world movement and to express public support for Diversity, building inclusive societies and enhancing dialogue and understanding among people and cultures. It also focuses on the World Day for Cultural Diversity as a landmark in public activism, to turn cultural diversity into a power for peace, security and development for all.
