Conference of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities (FEMP) on the topic: International Relations of cities.
In the current context of globalization, the international positioning of cities becomes a major challenge to generate scenarios for opportunities. The cities are part of the international situation, for that reason the importance of the local level make it possible to establish relationships that promote local development of territories from three different spheres: economic, social and cultural.
The conference will feature a round table on the topic: "The Marketing for cities: globalization as local development opportunity" the session will count with the participation of Josep Roig, Secretary General of UCLG.
